I want to reserve a condo now for May 31 to June 11 2026 possibly to the 17th. How soon do you accept reservations and what are the savings or discounts related to length of stay and advance reservation?

We will begin to accept reservations for 2026 sometime after labor Day. Specials and discounts have not been decided yet. Feel free to check back with us then.

Can I book for next yr and how much is it

We do not have an exact date, but I suspect we will have the rates for 2026 ready shortly after Labor Day
