The condo sleeps 8 with 2 king beds, twin size bunk beds, and a sleeper sofa. There's a full kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, new dishware, two full baths and a private balcony overlooking the beach. Amenities located inside the Tower include a sauna, exercise room, and laundry! Also venture over to the lazy river complex, outdoor pools, tennis courts, putting green, playground or the indoor pool. Hi. We were told re novations were happening at the resort, specifically in the Renaissance Tower, can you tell me more. What will be happening during our stay? We want to enjoy vaca and concerned when we saw that on another site

Answer:

Those renovations are mostly complete now. They are still working on the pool and some landscaping. Give us a call to discuss what may or may not be going on during the dates when you are staying.

Are the renovations complete? Thinking of booking in october.

Answer:

Yes, the renovations on the Renaissance Tower are complete with the exception of the old Galley restaurant and the steam rooms which they are working on currently.

Is there handicap access to the beach, (ramp)?

Yes there is a ramp on one beach access, and a flat beach access matt on another beach access.

Is there a cancellation date?

Answer:

You can cancel up to 30 days prior to arrival and receive a full refund with a $40 cancellation fee. Inside 30 days of arrival, the reservation is non-refundable for any reason. Travel Insurance is available for an additional fee.

I apologize that we missed your inquiry. This is not where we usually get them. This particular condo is not available, however we do have others that are. Yes we offer winter monthly rentals. For more details, please call us at 843-999-2570 9a-5p 7 days a week. We are happy to assist you with what is available as well as the rates.

I asked what it takes to get towels every day ? Costs?

Answer:

Your reservation includes a one-time supply of linens for your stay. For each full set of extra towels, it is $35 plus tax. You can launder them in the onsite facilities as well.
