While staying at the Renaissance Tower, feel free to enjoy the outdoor pool, indoor whirlpool, steam room, sauna, fitness center, laundry mat, and picnic and grilling areas. While staying at the Myrtle Beach Resort you will also have full access to all other onsite amenities which includes 5 more pools as well as the lazy river water park, 4 more whirlpools, 2 more fitness centers, tennis, pickle ball, volley ball, basketball, bocce ball, playground, picnic and grilling areas throughout, outdoor games such as Jenga, chess, and checkers, and corn hole. Is there parking for a motorcycle trailer

Answer:

Motorcycles are permitted to park in designated motorcycle parking spots any time with a $5/day gate entry fee. Trailers are ONLY permitted during official bike week events. Trailers are restricted to 18 ft maximum from tongue to bumper. Anything longer will not be permitted into the resort.

Yes to all of the above. Each condo at least has 1 standard coffee maker, some also have a Keurig.

Answer:

Parking is paid for at the security gate in the form of a $5 per day gate entry fee payable by credit or debit card upon arrival at the resort. The rate is subject to change at the discretion of the MB Resort HOA.

I have a service dog . Under 25 lbs is this not allowed

Answer:

Emotional Support Animals are not permitted for short term rentals, but ADA Service Animals who have been trained to provide a specific task for their handler are. The HOA just requires that service animals are registered at least 30 days before arrival so the security team is aware of their arrival and presence inside the community.
