Spacious condo featuring a king-sized bed, built-in bunks, a living room with a pull-out couch, and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including a full-sized oven and refrigerator, coffee pots, microwave, and air fryer. If you prefer to dine out it is a breeze with the Quarterdeck bar & restaurant with nightly entertainment just steps away - right outside the Tower. Or many restaurants nearby. Resort amenities include various indoor and outdoor pools & hot tubs, playground, tennis, pickle ball courts, and basketball court. Chairs and Umbrellas are available for rent on the beach.

Does this unit come with clean linens and towels

Answer:

All stays include a one-time supply of linens and towels. Additional linens and towels are available for a fee.

if we were to bring out bicycles is there anywhere to keep them there?

Good afternoon, We will be arriving on Sunday and I just had a few questions. 1. What type of coffee does the coffeemaker take (k cups or regular ground coffee)? 2. Is there a washer / dryer in the unit? 3. Are there essentials like salt & pepper, dish soap, hand soap, or do we need to provide all of those things ourselves? 4. Besides extra beach and regular towels, toilet paper, and garbage bags, is there anything else you recommend that we bring? We are so excited to stay in 1104 and look forward to our trip! Answer:

I believe we answered your questions by email already, but we will address them again for all readers here...

All coffee makers will accept ground coffee. All condos have a standard coffeemaker so you will need to bring your own filters. A few owners have added a pod style coffee maker in addition to the standard one. Those may vary.

None of our units have a washer & dryer. However there are laundry facilities throughout the resort. The closest to this condo will be on the ground floor of the tower.

We do not provide any type of food items including salt/pepper. You will receive a one-time supply of amenities for your stay that will tab for the dishwasher, a kitchen sink sponge and set of kitchen towels, 1 roll of paper towels, one trash can liner for each trash can, 1 set of travel size toiletries for the bathroom, one set of linens for each bed, and bath towels. Anything beyond these items you will need to supply for yourself. Additional towels and linens are available for a fee if you prefer more.

Does this unit (RT1104) have WiFi?

The whole resort shares open wifi networks. They are not unit specific.
