We have stayed at MB Resorts several times. This room was pretty decent from others we stayed at. The room was nice enough. A few negatives that could be fixed by the owner. The fan was broke. My wife wanted to use the fan but it was broke. There was some trim that was a trip Hazzard going out to the patio, it looks nice but it's a trip Hazzard. Over all the room was ok. The owners of the RT building should be mad because I am sire the HOA and Management fees are high. 2 years in a row the pool for this building, the exit to the beach and the shop were still closed for renovation. I considered buying here but with the current renovations going in for 2 years. I hope they get these things completed
Thank you for your review. We appreciate your bringing the couple of minor issues you had to our attention. Hopefully you also reported it to staff during your stay. We are always happy to take care of any issues you encounter as soon as you make us aware of it. The construction on the tower itself was completed in April this year. The HOA did add new landscaping, 2 new bridges, and re-surfaced the pool deck as well. The fencing came down, a grand re-opening of the tower pool, and all entrances are open. The renovations were a huge project and we appreciate all of our guests who were patient and understanding while the HOA made many necessary updates, repairs, and improvements in order to make the resort better.
