hi are the view from this apt balcony the actual ones in the pics? does the balcony face the beach and the grill bar below, and this is in the renaissance building correct? also if we were to bring our bikes if there any where we can put them?

Yes those photos were just taken in April 2025. That is the view from the balcony. It directly faces the ocean and overlooks the Quarterdeck Beach Barr & Grill.
