This moderate ocean view 2 bedroom condominium has a 42' flat screen television in the living room , a DVD player, a pullout sleeper sofa and carpet floor in the living room. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, a 32" Flatscreen TV, an alarm clock radio and carpet floor. The 2nd bedroom has a 24" flatscreen tv and twin beds and a carpeted floor. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, oven, full size refrigerator with built-in ice maker and tile floor. Both bathrooms are tiled and have a handrail in each bathtub.

How many parking passes does each condo get? Can I pay for extra?

Answer:

Parking passes are issued at the security gate with your gate fee, currently $5/day per vehicle. You are allowed up to 2 vehicles per condo for overnight parking. Visitor passes are currently $5/day with no overnight parking.

Hello, sorry pets are not permitted inside the resort.

Does this unit share a balcony with another condo? Looks like there’s two sliding glass doors.
